ADVERTISING - So after much digging we found out that the Nike Music Shoe video is by Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo Lab, the track is by Hifana.

I do like the disclaimer at the end of the video, "Shoes sold at retail will NOT make music when bent or twisted."

LOUIS DES GARCONS

So we just caught wind of this collaboration… Let's be honest, does it get any better than Rei Kawakubo giving part of her Tokyo COMME des GARCONS store space to commemorate 30 years of Louis Vuitton in Tokyo? We think not!

The space will hold Kawakubo designed bags for Louis Vuitton for a total of three months starting in September.

LIVIN’ THE ALIFE

Cult New York streetwear brand Alife have opened their first store outside of America. The new store is located in Shibuya, Tokyo. Alife are constantly raising the bar within streetwear; whether it's their clothing line or truly inspiring store designs - which can also be seen in New York and Los Angles. Be sure to check out the store if you plan on turning Japanese in the near future.
