I WANT THIS: RED SUEDE SHOES

I particularly like these Jil Sandler red suede shoes although at £285.00 they might be a little out of my budget. If you want to buy them for me I'm a size 8.

SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE TRAILER [OFFICIAL REMIX BY ADDICTIVE TV]

Addictive TV are the London based audio/visual artists and DJ/producers known for their film remix cut-up work - particularly their breakbeat remix of The Italian Job. In 2006 they remixed the Antonio Banderas film Take the Lead creating an audiovisual dance track viral for the films promo campaign. The viral also won an award from Adland, the advertising industry website and online archive of commercials.

We highly recommend checking out Addictive's YouTube page, their other videos are amazing:

ANCHORMAN FRAGRANCE: SEX PANTHER

It seems like the world of fragrances has officially gone insane. One of my favourite films of all time, Anchorman has released Sex Panther the fragrance featured in the film and worn by Ron Burgundy. You might remember it being likened to, 'a used diaper with Indian food' or 'Bigfoot's dick'.

Priced at a reasonable $29.99 Sex Panther is a winner. Ladies look out, I'll be up in the club wearing my Burger King Flame fragrance and Sex Panther... I will be irresistible to those with no sense of smell.

THE BOOK CORNER #2

There is nothing like an anniversary to inspire publishers to redesign a classic. Penguin has teamed up with Damien Hirst to replace the existing 1968 edition of On the Origin of Species by Charles Darwin, which also has a new introduction and scholarly references by William Bynum.

Comes out on February 5th priced £30.00.

SPOTTED [VOL. XI]

I spotted this poster for the SVA [School of Visual Arts] whilst waiting for the subway in Brooklyn. We love the simplicity of the poster, and for a reason we don't know or understand design schools have the amazing ability to produce the worst adverts. Yet this is a fantastic example of a strong concept executed perfectly.
